Who we are
HÄST operates this service and is responsible for your data. Anything about your data goes to mam@hast.gr.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address, your name, your team and your role. Nothing more about you as a person.
- Your sign-in. A password, or a third-party sign-in that you choose. We do not store your password.
- Your activity. Actions in the system, such as uploads, edits, shares and deletions, are logged with your email and the time, so that the history of the archive stays traceable.
How we use it
Only to run the service: to sign you in, to show you the material you are allowed to see, and to keep the archive accountable. We do not sell data, we do not advertise, and we do not profile you.
Cookies
Only what the service needs: the cookies that keep your session, and one that remembers your answer to the cookie notice, kept for a year. Your browser may also keep small preferences locally, such as your last view. Nothing here follows you to other sites.
The cookie notice also asks whether we may measure how the service is used, anonymously. Nothing is measured today. If that changes, it will apply only to people who chose "Accept all", and this page will say what is counted.
Sharing
Your data stays within HÄST and the providers that run the service on our behalf, under contract and within the European Union where possible. A share link you create gives its holder access to the files chosen for it, until it expires or is revoked.
How long we keep it
Your account stays until an administrator removes it. Deleted material is kept briefly in a recycle bin and then removed for good. The activity log is kept for as long as the archive exists. Technical records of background processing, such as folder scans and the steps of finished jobs, are kept for 7 to 90 days.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account removed. Write to mam@hast.gr and we will answer within a reasonable time.
